To volunteer as a chaperone, please submit the chaperone acknowledgement form (found below) to Mr. Kris Wright AND complete the volunteer sign up through Dallas ISD by clicking here. All volunteers must complete the volunteer application and be cleared by Dallas ISD before they can serve as a chaperone.
